自1982年開始,如記便以家庭式製造流程生產米血糕,並銷售至傳統市場通路,而後於1987年正式成立福蓮食品有限公司,並於近年改名為如記食品有限公司。主要提供關東煮、鮮食、蔬果......等,並持續供應各大通路,擴展至全球。
為了符合企業不斷創新與擴大的規模,規劃了一套完整的企業識別系統。以日式家徽與印章為軸心概念,將“如“字發展為徽章,配以在日本具有吉祥之意的菱型,組合而成企業標誌。而企業在食品製程的嚴謹及期待的健康兼具美味理念,則轉化成企業識別的標準色中。最後在輔助識別中,將如記企業家族傳承至目前第二代,由五位兄弟共同攜手經營的家族團結精神,融入其中,成為具有手掌重複交疊的合作精神輔助識別圖樣。

Kisaraki Foods began making pig's blood cakes using homemade production processes for distribution to local traditional market vendors. Later in 1987, the Company officially established itself as Fu Lian Foods Co., which has in recent years been renamed to Kisaraki Foods Co. The Company serves primarily as a provider of Oden, fresh foods, fruits and vegetables, and so on, and continues to work closely with major distribution channels in efforts to expand globally.
To complement the Company's recent innovations as well as the increasing scale of operations, the implementation of a complete corporate identification system has been planned. The system draws from Japan's family emblem concept and the yinzhang (seal), combining the two as its core concept. The word "Ru (accordingly)" was used to design an emblem, and then combined with a rhombus, which signifies "auspicious" in Japan, to form a company logo. The Company's high expectations and rigor for the health and taste of its food during the production process was further converted into a standard color used to represent the Company's corporate identity. Finally, the spirit of family tradition and unity passed on from the original founders of the Company to the five brothers of the 2nd generation who continue to work side-by-side to run the Company, was used to create an image consisting of overlapping palms to indicate cooperation for use as a supplementary image.
