佳源油品於58年前即開始自家製作食用油品,堅持採用上等原料,不添加香料及添加物,並開發冷作工法、低溫慢磨、水洗工法等製程,在不斷突破創新與誠信把關下,不誇口絕對屬業界最香最好,就如同企業理念:「佳源,採用最佳來源!」。在2016年時,決定調整業務方向,一改過去專注供貨於食品業的方式,擴大擁抱大眾消費者,同時更改品牌形象,讓消費者更容易接受與了解佳源的理念,也提升品牌於市面上的辨識度。以品質保證為品牌設計理念軸心,將陽刻印章帶入標誌設計中,象徵全新承諾的品質信念,同時也具日本家徽印象,家族傳承概念油然而生。標準字則選用具油稠感的字體加以修整,端正的結構上帶有如油品表面張力上的柔和曲線,更讓人有親切感。即使走過將近一甲子,但佳源的理念與初衷從不曾改變,持續朝著提供更安心、放心的商品前進,期待未來深入每個家庭,盡力深厚的品牌情感。
GA-WáN Vegetable Oil Corp. began producing homemade edible oils in 1969. Since the start, GA-WáN has insisted on using only the finest raw materials, and refused to add food additives or flavoring to their oil. GA-WáN further developed a low temperature production process, which involves grinding, washing and other processes using cold water. Through constant innovation, breakthroughs and integrity, GA-WáN can now proudly claim without boasting that their oil is the best in the industry. As stated in GA-WáN's company philosophy, "Quality oil, made from only the highest quality raw materials!”.
In 2016, GA-WáN decided to reposition itself by shifting its past focus of serving as a provider to the food service industry, and to embrace the mass consumer market. GA-WáN has at the same time reinvted its brand image into one more easily understood and accepted by the average consumer, as well as increased its efforts to enhance the recognition of its brand on the market.
With quality assurance at the core of the Company's design concept, the use of subtractive engraving in the logo design indicates a renewed commitment to quality, while also giving an impression similar to that of the Japanese family emblem, representing family tradition which is passed on. An oily slick font was modified to use as the standard font. The upright structure of the font is reminiscent of the gentle curve of oil surface tension, creating a familiar, intimate feel. Even after nearly six decades, GA-WáN's original philosophy and insistence remain unchanged. GA-WáN continues to provide customers with safer products, and looks forward to becoming a household brand which places an emphasis on its deep loyalty to its customers.
